Dr. Raimond van Duinen Specialist Biomaterials, Clinical and research expert, Biomimetic Dentistry
Biography:
Dr. Raimond N.B. van Duinen was educated at the University of Amsterdam. Since 1987 he practices in The Hague, Netherlands and focuses on Biomimetic Dentistry. While working as a researcher for ACTA, a department of the University of Amsterdam, Dr. Raimond N.B. van Duinen developed a special interest for Bioactive restoratives like Glass Ionomers. In 2005 he published a promotional study on the perspectives of traditional Glass Ionomer Cement as a universal direct restorative material. From 2005 he works as a researcher and lecturer in cooperation with different European Universities and companies.
